Amber is a practicing Doula in the Twin Cities and North Metro Area. She is a mother of 4 cool kids, ages from 9 years to 15 months. Her husband is a full-time student by day, and a rock star by night. Her passion for birth, breastfeeding, and supporting women began about 10 years ago with the need to take back her own births.
After experiencing her own birth trauma, she hoped that there was a better way. There was. As a doula she now takes these same hopes for herself, to each mother. She believes each woman should get the support they need during pregnancy and birth, have a place to feel loved and safe, and feel powerful and in control of her birth. In her time as a doula she has experienced many different births, supporting each woman individually, but equally.
She supports all families and feels comfortable in any environment from home birth to cesarean, and is confident that her presence can help the family in any situation. Recently, Amber became a trained Lamaze Childbirth Educator, and soon plans to train in Bereavement Support, as well. She has a love for photography and has really enjoyed adding Birth Photographer to repertoire.
When she isn’t supporting families at their birth, she can be found at home sewing, going on family adventure and enjoy her family.
Danielle is a birth doula residing in Forest Lake, Minnesota with her husband Joe who is a small animal vet, and also has his own practice specializing in animal chiropractic. They have 2 boys Charles(4), and Graham(3).
After the thrilling birth experience with my boys at St. Johns Hospital, I became passionate about helping women have their best birth possible. There are so many different ways to labor and experience birth. I realized that being a doula would fulfill a dream of mine, and I could help families create their own birth memories.
In my free time when I am not "doulaing", I love to be outdoors with my boys, swimming in the lake, hanging out at our cabin In Emily MN, or else fishing trying to catch the BIG one!
Danielle Cincoski CD(DONA) is also an active member and board member serving as the St. Paul Site Coordinator of the Childbirth Collective, a doula intern graduate of The Minnesota Birth Center, and a former volunteer birth doula, and volunteer ED grief doula at Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury MN

Passionate about birth for 20 years, Staci was destined to become a doula! Her passion was sparked by the births of her own two children, and further deepened after helping her girlfriends navigate their way through pregnancy and birth with education, support, and guidance. She recalls seeing a 2013 news story about a local prison doula program called ISIS Rising, and was so inspired that she decided to sign-up for doula training that very day!
Staci’s deepest desire is to provide women and their families with a warm, safe place to turn for support. She loves to see women and families flourish with their own power, an increase in self-esteem, and increased confidence that they are following the best path for themselves and for their baby!
Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Staci now makes her home in Woodbury with her husband and teenage children. She is a (CD)DONA birth doula, Certified Lactation Educator Counselor (CLEC), placenta encapsulator, Certified HypnoBirthing Support Professional, trained “Baby Spinner” (spinningbabies.com), volunteer on-call doula at Woodwinds Hospital (birth and pregnancy loss/grief), and a graduate of the Doula Internship Program at The Minnesota Birth Center. When not at a birth, Staci can be found doing something active such as running, hiking, practicing yoga or traveling!

Supporting one another. Supporting you.
Staci and Justine believe that all women have the strength they need to bring their babies into the world. They also believe that birth is best when women are well-informed and well-supported. In other words, knowledge equals power! Staci and Justine met through typical doula circumstances, training and back up support. After spending time together they realized their shared philosophy of birth and women were parallel and they wanted to change how women approached birth through evidence based education and support. As time went on Midwest Doulas was born, Staci and Justine are excited to see what the future holds and to watch women, one by one, embrace their power and strength. Staci and Justine work together seamlessly to provide you with the tools you need to meet your baby and navigate your journey through birth and breastfeeding with confidence!
